Subject: This leads you towards anxiety or towards happiness
Subject: This unites all of us...
There's something that unites all of us and it
unites all of us regardless of our race, gender,
religion or political beliefs.
Instinctively, we all know we need to breathe
in order to stay alive however, what you might
not realize right now is that you might be restricting your breath.
And it's affecting you in more ways than you might realize.
The way in which you're breathing is either leading you
towards anxiety or towards happiness.
So our bodies are designed to breathe without our conscious

SUBJECT LINE: In the Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day
SUBJECT LINE: Fight or Flight
SUBJECT LINE: say no to fear
There’s a pretty fascinating Hebrew story.
In the ancient days of King David, there was a lion terrorising the army camp. People were scared.
This ferocious lion was hindering the people from moving on with their lives. One day, one of King David’s officers, Benaiah had enough.
Instead of running away, he chased the lion down into a pit. Then, despite the snow and slippery ground, he caught the lion and killed it.
So what does that have to do with you?.
In today’s world... We have all forms of stresses. These incidents trigger our fight-or-flight response. This phenomenon is called Sympathetic Overload.
Imagine a lion running towards you... Looking to make you his breakfast. Scary right?
Now picture that same ferocious lion waiting for you in the toilet, in the living room, in the bedroom... Your nervous system is basically operating on overdrive -- every moment of every day..
No wonder you get sick easily... you’re so easily tired... You’re so worn out.
Now wait, there’s hope. Because here’s the point...
Do you want to know how to tame that lion? Click here for a special video presentation by my good friend Brandon:
Your greatest regret at the end of your life will be the lions you didn't chase. You will look back longingly on risks not taken, opportunities not seized, and dreams not pursued. Stop running away from what scares you most and start chasing the opportunities that can define your destiny. Here’s how.
